This is another short but sweet little literary magazine which I believe I was sent after submitting some work for publication.
There was a nice little mixture of work here, from some poetry that was right up my street to some fiction that wasn’t but which I could still appreciate and some non-fiction that I found to be both gripping and thought-provoking, which is always a good mix.
I’ve read a few issues of Bayou Magazine by this point and they’ve all been well worth picking up. I just don’t know if I can necessarily recommend this particular issue over all of the others.
